Is the average person able to recognize what it means to be able to save their labor in a medium that does not lose purchasing power over time if they have never experienced it in their lifetime?

I don’t think the majority have even considered this. We are very early.

No it literally hasn’t even cross the mind of the overwhelming majority of people. The sun rises, you gotta pay your taxes, gravity makes things fall and inflation are all just unchallenged assumptions. When it’s actually realized that’s when the real melt up occurs.

Yes, but first they have to understand the basics of inflation. I have found many don't understand what inflation is or means even when these people see inflation all around them in the form of the price of goods / services going up. Explaining the devaluation of the dollar has to be explained too.

Many in the US save in retirement accounts that keep up with inflation. This is why I describe bitcoin as a retirement account to my coworkers.

Depends how you'd define the word medium. If you're referring it to company stocks or real estate, I think the avg normie kinda views those things through that lens.
