don't know but with exception of mostr.pub i don't care - just need to get more / different relays.
however i don't know if mostr.pub can be replaced. we just need to get people over from the fediverse onto NOSTR directly then it should work better.
on NOSTR when a relay goes down nobody gives a fuck.
on Fedi when instance goes down it's a holocaust.
