If you can censor one questionable thing then you can censor everything that becomes questionable and everything is questionable to someone so everything eventually becomes questionable so everything eventually gets censored.

For nostr, if you don't want to see something, don't look for it; if you want to find something, search for it. Hashtags work pretty well.
