I think the made up dubia will go under first
Well Japan is in an actual hell zone tectonically speaking. That place never rests.
I say dubia because whats in the red circle was literally man made. All those fake islands hahaha 
Oh yeah dubai is full fake everything... but they will rather dry out then drown in the shallow mud. Lol ... those areas could get covered in sand as half of Sahara holds some beautiful ruins of ancient civilization that are still to be uncovered. Universe knows what hides under all those deserts of the world and Amazon. Those places hide some crazy shaaaaaiiiiit
