how much harder is 5 or 7 days than 3?
I've done 72 hours a few times.
It isn't as hard as you would
imagine. If you are already
mentally prepared for 7 day, then you enter this "mental zone" that keeps you going to the end. The trick is to stay busy and sleep well.
That's amazing. What was your experience like?
It wasn't as easy as previous times but I try to set fasting goals and push to accomplish them. It doesn't happen overnight;It is a "muscle" you train over time. I have been doing it for many, many years. If just starting out, I would start small, just 18-6 and see how that feels.
