United States has dispensed with heabeas corpus and rule-of-law at the federal level. Australia needs to reconsider our extermination treaties with that nation.

Short of that, anyone in Australia holds reasonable prospects for challenging an extradition request based on the grounds they will not be unfairly treated and refused a fair trial.
