Why does a Nation have to define itself by War? Why not by Art?

Because the winner of the war gets all the art.
I had a theory about gold once. It only became a precious metal bc it was too soft to use as a weapon, so it the ornamental metal of peace. Once you used all of the other metals to get it.
The proof of work was the jewelry won by the victors.
