Started collecting mute lists (kind=10000) for possible spam fighting. The idea is

- a spammer starts spamming

- some early users add them to their mute lists

- the relay checks the mute lists

- the relay blocks the spammer because he is in many lists

- the spammer won't be able to reach many users.

Add all kind:30000 with d="mute".

The only issue is that Amethyst only uses the private part of that event. So, you will never see blocks from Amethyst users.

But you can use the Report function.

Users know that Block is private, for themselves only, Report is public.
