Like a lot of people, I learned how to bake bread during the first couple of months of the lockdowns, and I remember this insane blog rant from a lady who called people like me “selfish” for supposedly causing a yeast shortage and preventing her, an “experienced” baker, from feeding her family.

I find an innovation , to make bread without yeast 😊 just use water and flour can do .
