Is it leaf mite? Could be worth getting some neem oil, mixing with a tiny amount of washing up liquid and water and spraying.

Neem oil is safe for food so long as you rinse well before eating.

Thanks for this. I trimmed it all back yesterday, so I’ll wait for it to regrow and then scan. 😀
