I remember talking to an oncologist who warned about omega-* intake: 3 and 9 = good, 6 increases inflammation and cancer risk. This is especially true in supplements with too much omega 6.

So this is why humans have been eating highly processed seed oils for tens of thousands of years and not just plain meat...... and also why Cancer rates are increasing exponentially now because we are all eating meat now instead seed oils.... oh wait neither of those statements are true. Open your eyes and try to to use that thing on your shoulders to actually think for yourself.
