I meet a few. I like the "bad" ones, they tend to be better human beings.
Most Jewish people are not in contention for these leadership roles, but there is rather a bit of "positive discrimination" / ethnic networking that benefits even the less-connected.
An ex-gf of mine is not Jewish at all (ancestors from the Caucasus), but looks 100% Jewish. She got her big break when she was hired by a Russian-Jewish investment banker too cheap to hire a real jewess to talk to his VIP clients :p She was a History major working a crappy retail job before that, but is actually smart and hot and quite amoral. I still hear from her every once in a while.
