Yes. You might need a break from your routine (mental and physical). Try an old hobby for a day or something new without doing any of the things you normally do. Basically a ā€œdid you try shutting down and restartingā€. This works for me but might not for others.

That’s really good advice. Lately my solution was sleep. Because I think my body/mind are confusing the feeling.

Mind is tired, and thinks body is tired… how about we sleep.

Slippery slope though, I think I need to snap out of it. And break the routine.

I went down the road of sleep for a while but found it was more of a mental break I needed as opposed to physical. I am not a MD but I would almost describe the feeling as walking the same path so long that nothing can grow on it and the path became jagged and rough. I had to step off for a bit so the grass could grow again. Good luck and hope you find something that helps.
