This is a scenario in your mind. You and your wife are far more likely to die in a car crash or of cancer (hope you don’t) — why aren’t you fretting more about that?

Because the state has instilled fear. The fear is the cheapest and most efficient way to accomplish its ends. It’s very costly for it to do what you suggest in reality.

It’s not impossible it would try and that you would be its target, but it’s unlikely, and the real problem is the fear that’s been instilled.

This was just an example--my point really is that when push comes to shove, most people will back down.

See J6 as an example--call someone a "terrorist" and you get to lock them up forever.

And that one event (and the resulting "punishment") has resulted in zero ongoing protests since...

Yes that's fear...and no matter what you call it, it's easy for folks to say "rebel" and "resist" but virtually no one will do it when the time comes.

I know. My point is what “they” will do, and how “people” will react are all just scenarios in your mind. Process the fear, and they have nothing on you.

That doesn’t mean bad things can’t happen to you from “them” or just a car crash. It means you are sovereign.
