This isn't a symmetrical situation. Good people who could have almost all left Russia already. Contributing to the Russian economy is fundamentally evil given the scale of the war. Russians have a moral duty to either leave, or make up for their presence with, e.g. sabotage.
I don't disagree. Was just curious, as they didn't say. My guess is Russia, but I have no idea.
