Nah too much. Keeps the mane full. Shower daily but only actually wash my hair on Sundays. Got a straight up pelt right now.

The thick full hair of an animal! I have no way of scientifically proving this but I think the shampoo industry has contributed greatly to male pattern baldness. Good to wash your hair when you need but don’t need to every day!
