Yeah, Murray Bookchin has a whole book on the people in Rojava. It is an idea, Not a government, And in my own mind Communism is organized Anarchy. There are anarchist cells all over America, Many people label them as “antifa” which is also an unorganized anti politically motivated movement, But these are all random people coming in and out of different places in life depending or not on each other. Great that it inspires people to think for themselves but fascism will always destroy movements of anarchy as they organize, And it is best for people participating in anarchist movements to take their own ideas and move on. Depending on other people participating in anarchy will always leave any person with too little and other people who are depending on their resources. It can never win but winning is not the goal of anarchy, More survival.

I hope the government just fades away because its not needed. I believe authority can only be legitimate if it tries to undermine itself. The best example is a teacher: a successful teacher works to ascend the pupil to his/her level thereby removing the authority.
Every employer should attempt to ascend employees to becoming a partner. If the employer works to keep the employee static in status while increasing their own wealth and status then it's an exploitative relationship.
I don’t think that is realistic. Most people are hired based on limited employment capacity. The majority of employment positions are meant for turnover and that is because only 20% of the American economy is considered essential. Most jobs are meant for employees to be expendable. Corporations create jobs that serve a large portion of society, And especially corporations offer move up opportunities, But with no potential for employees to reach parity with ownership because corporations are largely owned by banks. The best way to work your way up in America is to get an MBA, And find a job at an investment firm or bank, Especially one of the top four banks, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, US bank or Chase J.P. Morgan. This is basically the only chance of reaching the top of the corporate ladder. The intertwined relationship between corporations and the government makes a revolving door between these corporations and the political system. It will never end. It is possible to become independently wealthy but this is a far cry from Anarchy. Independents do have anarchistic traits, But play both sides of the fence to reach their ends. One foot in the corporate world, One food in the private sector. Anarchy is a total rejection of corporate and political ends. You might as well go live on a bare patch of land with your friends and grow your own food to survive. I think independent people tend to have the ability to do it yourself, Which Anarchism teaches, But it is not totally possible. The internet is dependent on corporations and bitcoin is dependent on the internet, It will always serve all masters.
I recommend reading power & market by Murray Rothbard. As long as people do not take responsibility for themselves and are willing to be dependent on the government it will exist, And create class division.
