Do humans dream of mechanical cogs?

That world is for another species called Law Abiding Idiots. I was also once adopted by them, like Maugli by wolves. In some periods I even managed to train some of them like humans. But when the nature calls, they get back to being themselves no matter what. However similar their organ structure is to mine, the difference is in the eyes, face, brain, and consequentially also in muscles, fat and skin.

Pity that human is such a rare species.

I don't know man, as I became less fearful of losing my job I stood out more. I definitely felt the increase in power & influence.

I guess at some point, this would have worked against me. That's why people hop between roles & companies though right?
