Blixt wallet is noncustodial. It uses a mobile lightweight LND implementation (so it's an actual lightning node on your phone) and has an on-chain wallet as well. You can connect to your own bitcoin core node through clearnet or Tor, or you can connect to Blixt wallet's default node. You can open and close channels with any other Lightning node. Its super easy to setup. Here's a link to their FAQ page on github. They have a telegram channel as well. Be aware though, it's still new and considered experimental.
