Inflation in the states is really really scary. My Uber ride home is going to be $50-$60 for a trip that would have cost $15 on Bolt.

My buddy flew one way from south Carolina for ~$70. I can't believe that you can do that for so cheap from some locations.
Yes, it’s absurd and at some point here people are not gonna be able to do it anymore. I mean, I haven’t gone out to eat personally in months because I can’t even justify spending that amount on dinner out expensive enough to buy groceries.
We're going to reach that point much sooner than expected, imho. My sister couldn't believe me when I told her that a single trip to the farmers market cost me almost $350. Used to be around 40% cheaper than that.
Oh yeah, it’s pretty insane my kids are grown and basically buy their own food, but for families that still have kids at home that they’re feeding this is a lot of extra monies
