One could say that this is good becouse the goverments (99%) can not control it, the attack started with LUNA and it is against DEFI in general. The CBDC project is one systemic priority and for this they have to wipe the flor to have control and monopolies. ETH is probably a vehicle for this plan. Bitcoin will not care or dump much more because of the plebs holders
