A lie that I exposed in various of my spiritual communities a few years back yet still is widely embraced and pushed by many philosophical and theological scholars and teachers is the depiction of an artwork that currently is still visible at the Vatican:

The Sistine Chapel ceiling has been painted by Michelangelo between the years 1508-1512.
