Hopefully y'all took advantage of the 10 sat/vbyte mempool fees last night!

That opportunity is now gone, once again.

"Oh, I already have a mobile Lightning wallet." you say?

OK, but where's your Lightning desktop wallet? Are you really going to pay all your monthly bills from your phone? Of course, if you have a Windows PC then hell no, don't get a Lightning desktop wallet!

It was also a good opportunity for L-BTC swaps.

Or UTXO consolidation.

But the thing is, you gotta know what you need to do before hand and be ready, so that when the fees are favorable you can just jump in and do it.

I don't even know why I'm typing this LOLz! Perhaps I'm in an unusually chatty mood. Imagine the craziness that would come out of my keyboard if I was an alchoholic :)

OK, I'm done for today.

Where can I swap sat for BTC from a Lightning wallet over to BTC?

You can use the Boltz exchange: https://boltz.exchange/

But, be mindful of the BTC on-chain fees. With Boltz you'd pay for a high-priority confirmation; The highest fees.

Another option is to swap "Lightning BTC" for Liquid BTC, which you can also do on the Boltz exchange. For this you need Liquid wallet to receive the funds. Then, you "peg-out" of Liquid BTC to "on-chain BTC". This can be a lower-fee option because the Lightning -> Liquid swap is cheap, and the Liquid "peg-out" using sideswap.io allows you to set a priority for the BTC transaction. Therefore, if you can afford to wait, this two-step process can save some sats.
