Never stamp your seed phrase on metal. If you do, your funds will become easily seizable. #Bitcoin

Only for your life saving cold wallet :

1) Stamp the 12 words in your memory. Regularely repeat them. (Not out loud)

2) Write it on paper but with a small catch that you know. (Ex. Not written passphrase)

3) Store it in a Fire/Water proof safe.

Now, you are fully self sovereign! Congrat!

If criminals want to seize your funds, burn the paper. If you don't have the time, you still have a good chance to keep your funds.
