Huh, corn porridge. I've only ever done oats & rice for porridge, and always sweet, with fruit usually. I gotta see if this is available here in Canada somewhere. I need something called hominy I guess 🤔

What kind of cheese is good with it?

Isn't cream of wheat, grits? Used to have it for bfast as kid, but with some milk on top and auger, and maybe a pad of butter
