XMR is not included. Don't, it much better to hold a few coins in a wallet. CMC is a scam.

It may be. But it is not mentioned and I tried to find some more info about this top 20 index with no luck. It seems sketchy, in particular because it's CMC. They have a way of manipulating the market with censoring posts and orchestrated FUD and fake "news" sites.
I would be careful.
That’s fair and wise to be leary of especially since they already banned me multiple times!!
