It sounds like they are just trying to take advantage of wic, ssi & their job. You know it's actually sick there are people out there who breed (have kids) just so they can rely on the $3000 a month they get from SSI + wic + other services. It is proven that if you have 1 kid a year every year & rely on the system. You don't have to work well except at popping kids out.
