I’ve discovered a nice way to sit more healthy on the chair: make a cold tape, something like a carbon tape on the surface that your body doesn’t cover, when sitting with the knees lower than your hip. By that, every time you move back because of laziness, the coldness / uncomfy-ness of the tape makes you sit in the healthy, ergonomic way again, where you only touch the front 30-50% with your butt.
