Weak children of rich parents is the rule, not the exception.

I often wonder what I can do with my kids to not make them little cunts should #bitcoin make me as wealthy as I think & hope it does.

Do you think about this at all, and how will you / are you handling it?

Have them read and understand the book Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand. We just had a conversation about this here on Noster in my timeline.

essential

I've heard this book bandied around a lot, and it was very tentatively on my 'to read' list. I'll definitely make it a priority to read.

Thanks for the recommendation 👍🏻

i know many strong men from rich families. I don’t think it’s a rule at all. but we hear about it all the time because poor like to gloat in the failure cases

You mean to tell me that if a person doesn’t have to worry about basic things such as

Food, housing, insurance etc …

They might have an easier time in life.

What next? You will tell me it rains outside. How did you become so smart?

it's entirely possible I haven't hung around enough rich families to see the weak child syndrome with my own eyes

Speaking from experience as one who went from poverty to much higher income as an adult.

It’s the small things I never noticed until they were adults. My children are all caring, loving, & fight for their individual rights & beliefs.

But it didn’t occur to me until recently they were given those things because they didn’t have to worry about many of the things I did growing up.

Always told them all I wanted for them was to be happy. They each are in their various choices of careers ( while in college) and art.

It’s SUPPORTING them no matter what you believe as the parent is the best choice that matters. Humans just want to be accepted for who they are.

Example: you have a child that is brilliant in school & can go to any college … yet they choose to pursue dance. Well she chose it & her father and I support her. We did tell her of the standard of living & showed her what those in her field make. She loves it.

Does this make sense?

Yes
