MASSIVE confusion between "Nation" and "State" here.

- nations can't really disappear (unless by their own degeneration/integration into another nation). People can move, diasporas keep nation intact.

- states, on the other hand, _very different thing_. But they don't have raison d'être; states, large or small, disappearing or being eaten by another _isn't a big deal_.

Stop warmongering.
