Seems like I suddenly got a list of 350 relays and only half of them connects. I don't get all the content I follow anymore.

That's the new normal. Those are all the relays the folks you are following use. Amethyst now connects to all of them to make sure you get what you need.
I have a 350+ relay list and only 180 connects.... How can I fix this? I tried orbit, internal Tor engine and plain internet connection. Nothing works.
That's normal. Most relays on Nostr are offline.
Seems weird. I am missing content that I could see earlier with a previous version of the app... Something is bugging me. We shifted away from a centralizing model of fixed relay lists where everybody just uses the same big relays to talk to each other, to a model where each user can have their own relays and things will still work fine. It's much better for decentralization.
OK. And that is an Amethyst thing right? So I guess other users will need time to adjust...?
Many clients are already like that. We were just catching up to them.
