I will never forget this one day, back in 2024, I had had an awful day the whole day, nothing was going right at work, stacks of work, and everyone was looking at me to solve the issues.

I come home, kinda in a bad mood, look at my phone and see a notification from Wallet of Satoshi saying I received 100k sats.

I thought, "That's funny, I didn't have any withdrawals or anything set"

I open the app and look at the transaction, and there's a note that says

"Proud of you man"

It was from someone on Nostr! I didn't ask for it, I didn't even say anything about the day I'd had, in fact I hadn't said anything on Nostr that day because I was so busy.

Someone (to this day I don't know who" just decided to send that out of the kindness of their heart.

And I immediately felt better, it wasn't as much about the money, it was that someone had taken the time and thought to do it, I don't even know why.
