Definitely overdid it on the butter pan sauces with my 600gram steaks
Still ultimately calories in / calories out end of the day for weight at least
For weight loss I also agree about the calories.
600gram steak is quite huge 😅
I had some issues with weight loss and my stomach in the beginning, but now I think I found the sweet spot in what my body needs.
Adding some dairy helped a lot for me. (To gain weight in my case)
I can admit that probably the positive things I noticed from carnivore could also come from quitting seed oils..
