What is your opinion of Cosmic Crisp? For me they replaced honeycrisp. They are perfect

Cosmic Crisp are solid apples—a brilliant cross between Honeycrisp and Enterprise apples—but I’ll never say no to a good ol’ fashioned Honeycrisp.
