I have the opposite problem, I self host all our videos and livestream shit, but am dragging absolute ass about publishing the skirmishes and the disco ball show to YouTube.

Cloudflare streaming is kinda baller. They really nailed it with that if you like cloudflare.
YouTube is still very good for discovery sadly. I often find people there first then try to find them on better media.
Cloudflare has been my go to for all the video stream implemented this year.
