Practicing Self-love.

• Saying no when you mean no, or yes when you mean yes.

• Forgiving yourself when you aren't being true or nice to yourself.

• Not feeling guilty when you do say no to something or somebody.

• Being kind to yourself when you make mistakes.

• Acting according to your values and intuition instead of giving in to please others.

• Speaking up when you have something to say even though you fear conflict or rejection.

• Calling out someone who mistreats you.

• Not accepting physical touch if you don't want it.

• Not allowing people to say things to or in front of you that make you uncomfortable.

• Giving yourself time to rest and relax

• Being mindful of what you feed your body with.

• Knowing who you are and accepting yourself as you are.
