I assume it's a led strip inside, do you think that would be controllable by a microcontroller? Can you see anything from the one you have?
I see maybe what you would like to do.. connecting it with your node and make it light when you receive #zaps? 🤩😁 I remember some did something like that and posted a note, a year ago maybe.
Anyway yeah, I think this is what you looking for. It works with batteries or connected with usb cable. (I opened it so you can see better)

Nope, the color is fixed, you choose it when you make the order. I just found out the exact link, I think it's the same item anyway. I got confused because I bought a second one on AliExpress 😅
