Everyone is free in what to beleave or what not. But out of the blue calling out, that an actual shooting didlnot happen for sure can and should be fined. When everyone would have the right to write history to his liking and post it where would we come?
We come to where we are today, where people such as yourself think it's 'dangerous' to hold a dissenting opinion and people should be fined.
It's just words, they'll be okay.
It is not just a dissenting opinion. It is clear misinformation. With intent. How should it be a liberty to multipy just information that has no basis in reality?

I am quiet sure it is the intent to write what ever invented story, since different sells. So for his personal gains. Since there is always people who beleave in rare false claims. Only because they are different. Not because they are prooven in any way. But because it pleases people and therefore they buy the story.
It is abusing the people which are not able to think critically.
Fake news. Alex has sold out. This is to just scare any future dissent. Jones won’t be impacted at all. Or he will fake impact.
Yeah I agree with that, I've never watched much of his stuff. The point is absolutely about scaring off people from exploring anything deemed taboo, hence the comically disproportionate fine.
