It’s my take too…this stuff has to be dead simple for widespread adoption. I’m not super technical but I’m technical enough (or so I thought) to be able to do it, but it seems like it’s outside even my scope.

Similar to you, technical-wise. I’ve shunned it for now after losing sats too. I’d love to sit down with someone who knows their stuff and is patient enough to walk me through it. I am going to revisit it again at some point when life settles down a bit - might try to write a guide when that happens.
