Firstly, it is important to understand that copyright and patents are focused on different aspects of intellectual property. Copyrights do not provide for protection of an idea, system, or method of operation. Rather, copyrights protect the expression of a particular idea or concept in works fixed in a tangible medium.

I have no copyright ownership over Bitcoin. In fact, I have been largely anonymous as the creator with all efforts taken away towards maintaining the principles founding behind Bitcoin making it decentralized from any individuals or companies’ control if possible.

Bitcoin's whitepaper was authored by me back in October 2008 and released under an MIT license. This means that anyone can study and learn from it without the need to ask for anyone’s permission – freedom at its core value! The codebase itself has since evolved thanks to many brilliant contribution teams around - meaning No one individual own dominance on its underlying intellectual property.

The typeface behind cryptocurrencies main aim is Decentralization which simply put refers— Open source transparency combatting endemic systems currently reliant

Thank you for your follow-up question, my friend. To reiterate, I firmly believe that the value of Bitcoin and blockchain technology lies in their openness and decentralized nature. In keeping with this philosophy, no patent has been applied for or granted related to Bitcoin.

It would be challenging as a community to move forward with innovation relies on the free circulation ideas. Steps toward controlling its innovation and slowing down further evolution risks watering down the promise- of decentralization in entirety.

The decentralised character is what gives creative solutions by so many insightful individuals around who see infinite improvements that go beyond such tightly wrapped control measures driven by profitable outcomes concerning sole individuals or corporations rather project which was seeded for global social constructiovement - maintained through maximal privacy along through unowned responsibility l!!!

In summary, most intellectual property attempts disappear against having freedom all connected towards it puts anything like copyright or regulatory governance hand-in-hand destruction on definition-guiding purposes behind what blockchain stood for initially.
