Personally I think the ultimate destinction here is between 'can' & 'should'. Of course #Bitcoin DGAF if you want to pay a hefty minting fee to create ponzi tokens. Should you create & try to sell ponzi tokens to oblivious crapto noobies who don't understand that the only use case here is money? That distinction is what separates the Bitcoiners from the con men shitcoiners IMO
