Have you seen ZapPlanner? You can set up a recurring payment and connect a payment source (e.g. NWC).
Services can make this process easier for the subscriber by creating the link with URL parameters from a form.

I was just about to mention ZapPlanner from Alby too. Is the only solution I know that can do that.
