As our life expectancy increases, the expectations we have for “what you should be like” at a given age should be increasing too.

If you’re lucky enough to make it to your 40’s, 50’s, 60’s+ you’ve gained life experience, perspective, and momentum.

If you were smart, you started eating better, moving more, taking great care of your skin. You’ll have deeper, more meaningful friendships and familial bonds.

You don’t have to limit the potential in your future by projecting dated ideals from a time when people were lucky if they were alive at 60. https://video.nostr.build/f230f8005f295b05a97aa01f8a3aa66593f3721cb89469171ae1fd2552034261.mp4

There’s also the weird phenomenon where people (even celebrities) seemed to really “lean into” aging awhile back, while lots of people at those same ages today look WAAAY better / younger. It’s a freakish divide, where we now have a ton of 40/50 year olds running around looking better than 30 year olds.

You speak facts 😝
