Upgraded my flashforge dreamer with marlin. Using https://github.com/moonglow/FlashForge_Marlin

To use the cura slicer I added profile https://github.com/tracedgod/FlashForge-Dreamer-Cura-Definitions

I've adjusted the definition so that the dual extruders can be used on the whole print bed.

Next is to zero each extruder.
