I didn’t get far with this as I couldn’t get the StartOS installer to work on the new NUC. I’m not too concerned about having the nice interface or app marketplace so instead I’m installing the new node manually on Linux. So far Bitcoin Core is installed and has finished syncing. Debian? Ubuntu? It's a dedicate machine to hold bitcoind and LN?
Ubuntu server. Yeah dedicated NUC to run bitcoind and cln to hopefully replace my current Umbrel node.
Install proxmox hypervisor on the nuc, and create a VM within proxmox for start9. You can then run other services on the same nuc too.
