If you are a Christian and you believe nature is evil you are either retarded or you just having read the Bible at all. It never once says nature is evil, it says not to worship the creation but to worship the Creator, it says that humans should tend to the earth and take care of it and that God created the heavens and the earth and called them good. You can appreciate things and even find things beautiful without worshipping them. It's mostly a protestant thing where they say "I don't care about the earth, this isn't my home" you are directly disobeying God in that case and that's a horrible mentality considering you have never lived anywhere else. It doesn't make sense logically or spiritually. Not to be of the world doesn't mean that nature is bad, it means to not follow the trends of sinfulness. To be clear I know not all protestants are like this, it's only a few of the branches.

I agree and dont think trashing the earth should be done however in the Bible the sea is seen as chaotic and evil like. Check out Psalm 93:3,4 and Isaiah 57:20. Its the place the beast of revelation comes from in Rev 13 and there will be no sea in the new heaven and earth Rev 21:1. Check out the first 55 seconds of this Bible Projects vid on Dragons where it talks about the sea. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JN1thcowKXw
