second one, but really federation is a misunderstanding of the atproto architecture as i see it

so i guess its not decentralized at all

i'd say it is. just in a way closer to nostr's model than federation

im trying to understand if everyone (or most users) are on same server under the same moderators how is this decentralized? or how is that better or any different than a fedistodon instance or twitterX?
