This has been readily available information disclosed by a Cochrane meta analysis for some time now. Several generations of people were raised in margarine and olestra. The heart attack epidemic of the 1950’s and 1960’s is pretty easy to explain without resorting to diet. What percentage of the population of the time were chain smoking cigarettes? What’s more, the study found that unprocessed red meat “can be part of a healthy diet.”
