how to understand if I train enough

is there enough ?)

Check your weight and body look, if you like it, thats it. if feel shoulder too slim, train more on shoulder and etc...

#Carnivore diets are too easy to go into fasting. So we may become underweight.

This is why I back to some days of carbs because i am not doing gym 😅😅 to prevent underweight.

i do i suppose enough of training but yeah I almost start eating one per day or rarer

As long if you like your weight now, everything is ok.

But if you think you are a bit underweight, than you know what to do to get back your weight.
