I like the term full-reserve financial system for Bitcoin. How would you explain this term? in regard to Bitcoin?

But the problem doesn't stop with the banks you see in the news. All of the banks are insolvent, because that's how the system is designed.
If only there were a better, full-reserve financial system we could use...
